As long as we have your completed Fundraising Contract on file, your products will be shipped. Estimate up to two weeks for delivery of product after we receive your completed order forms.(although it will generally not take the full two weeks).
Products will arrive sorted and packaged for each of your sellers. Simply deliver these packages to each seller so they can easily deliver products to their supporters.
There is no charge for shipping for our catalog fundraising programs, although a one-time packing/handling fee of $20.00 will apply.
Cookie Dough & Auntie Anne’s Programs
All self-serve kits (Lollipops, Pretzel Rods, Chocolate Bars, Chocolate Lollipops) include free shipping. All kits ship same or next business day. Dependent on location, it will usually not take more than 3 business days before your kits arrive.
Upon receipt of your completed order forms, pre-paid vouchers are shipped the next business day (estimated delivery of vouchers is 1 week, if not sooner). The magazine subscription order is not placed until the customer activates the voucher by mailing back the postcard or redeeming the voucher online. Then it can take between 8-10 weeks for the first issue to arrive.
General Shipping Notes
We primarily use UPS or FedEx. You will be sent the tracking information via email so you know exactly when your catalogs or products will arrive. Signature is not required for delivery.
Be assured that product delivery does not have to be to the fundraiser coordinator’s location, but can be to any designated location. Delivery is during regular business hours. If you have any special requirements, we can address those on a case-by-case basis.
